The Sitar is a beautiful instrument with a unique and unforgettable sound (as well as high visual impact) that is perfectly suited for occasions you’ll never want your audiences to forget.

I am available to play Sitar for concerts and recording sessions, weddings, parties, corporate events, workshops, lecture demonstrations, and Fusion & World music events. I have also performed at meditation and healing retreats, ashrams, care homes, hospitals and hospices.

I can offer the following options. All options include a PA system, so all you have to do is provide the space where I/we can perform.

  • Solo: Sitar (one musician (myself!) offering an authentic traditional North Indian classical recital that is refined, soulful, and a memorable accompaniment to any event.
  • Duo: Sitar and Tabla (two musicians) offering an authentic traditional North Indian classical Sitar and Tabla recital, with a Tanpura backing track. Together, the Sitar and Tabla create an elegant, ambient atmosphere which is perfect for every occasion.
  • Trio: Sitar, Tabla, and Tanpura (three musicians) offering the ultimate experience of a traditional North Indian classical Sitar, Tabla, and Tanpura recital. The addition of a live Tanpura player enhances the distinguished quality of this ancient and graceful music, and the three instruments in harmony weave an authentic sound that is truly unforgettable.
